Spent a lovely Xmas at this hotel. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the buffet breakfast was tasty, and the spread had a good variety of options. the hotel was located in a prime area where we could easily explore the nearby malls and restaurants. Another advantage was the on-site gym where we could sweat off holiday calories.
The room was a bit outdated and could use some renovation. the bathroom needed better cleaning, but it was manageable.

The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient for exploring the area since it was close to shops and restaurants. the bed was comfortable and the room had a decent view of the city.
The bathroom had a bad smell that was difficult to ignore. The shower also had low water pressure and took a long time to warm up.
